Job Summary

Responsible for engaging high-intent domestic leads, understanding parent requirements, converting prospects into customers, and driving revenue through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling of education programs and learning products.

Roles & Responsibilities
Engage inbound leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email and conduct needs analysis.
Convert qualified prospects into paying customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
Recommend relevant courses, advanced programs, bundles, and learning products.
Develop robust product knowledge to deliver confident and consultative sales pitches.
Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, deal stages, and daily call metrics.
Handle customer queries empathetically and coordinate with support teams when required.
Ensure timely follow-ups and prevent lead leakage throughout the sales pipeline.
Share customer and market insights with marketing, product,



and activation teams.
Contribute to customer satisfaction and post-enrollment experience.

Mandatory Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
6 months –1 year of experience in B2C inside sales, telesales, or customer success; EdTech/digital products preferred.
Fluent in English and Hindi with clear and engaging communication.
Proven ability to achieve sales, revenue, and conversion targets.
Proficiency in CRM systems, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting tools.
Solid objection-handling, follow-up, and customer relationship skills.
Comfortable working 6 days a week, with one rolling weekly off.
Willing to work 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, in office at Santacruz, Mumbai.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
