Job Title: HR Officer / HR Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for staff and shop-floor positions.
Source candidates through job portals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and personal files.
Conduct induction programs for recent joiners.
Manage exit interviews and exit formalities.
Coordinate with department heads to fulfill manpower requirements.
Prepare and maintain recruitment and HR MIS reports.
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
