To support the HR & Admin team in there activity by performing following activity

Processing Direct Labour payroll, Attendance management, ensuring statutory Payroll compliance activities of DL across all plants. The role is designed to provide hands-on exposure in handling direct labour actuvities across all plants .

Admin support for bill processing , relevant MIS,Labour contractor cordination and support in digitalization,Coordanating Audit Documents, Implementaion of CLMS Software. Kaizen

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education & Relevant Experience:. Graduation/PG-HR With 06 months to 1 years experience in HR Department

Knowledge and Skills: Understanding of labour laws and factory Act Compliences

MS Excel and basic reporting (MIS support)

Communication and coordination skills

Willingness to learn recent technology

Documentation and checklist preparation
