About the Role

GroTechMinds Software Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a solid interest in sales and customer interaction.

Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective students/customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses or services.
Explain course details, benefits, fees, batch timings, and other relevant information.
Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
Convert qualified leads into admissions/sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and existing leads.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with customers.
Update lead information, follow-ups, and sales status in the CRM.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.




Coordinate with the operations and support teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Address basic customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Participate in team meetings, call reviews, and sales training sessions.

Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
Candidates with prior experience in inside sales, telecalling, counselling, EdTech, or customer service will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
