Act as the point of contact for employees for general HR assistance, welfare-related queries and day-to-day support.
Assist employees with information and coordination relating to investments, insurance and other welfare initiatives.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including birthdays, festivals, celebrations, parties and other events.
Manage employee amenities and facilities, including cafeteria/food arrangements, housekeeping, cleanliness, hygiene and related service providers.
Coordinate guest and management visit arrangements, including hospitality, meeting rooms and refreshments.
Handle day-to-day HR administration, employee coordination and maintenance of relevant records and trackers.
Liaise with Admin/Facilities teams, internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely execution of employee and office requirements.
Support the HR Manager in HR initiatives,



employee engagement programs and other assigned activities.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, approachable and employee-friendly personality.
Good planning, coordination and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Mature and qualified approach to handling employee queries and concerns.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, in office setting.
Proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field; HR certification is an advantage.
Prior experience in HR Generalist, Employee Engagement, HR Administration or a similar role preferred.
