Position: HR Intern

Location: J.P nagar, Bangalore

Stipend: 10-12K

Employment Type: Internship (3 Months)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organised HR Intern to support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment and HR operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, interview coordination, employee attendance, HRMS administration, documentation, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and recruitment activities.
Schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates and interviewers, and track feedback.
Monitor attendance, login/logout, leave applications, and regularisation.
Maintain employee records and manage attendance, leave, and HRMS updates.
Maintain HR records, trackers, employee files, and recruitment documentation.
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Take initiative, follow up independently, and actively support day-to-day HR requirements.
