Experience

0–6 years (Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome)

Key Responsibilities
Handle international customer interactions via voice (calls) and non-voice channels (email/chat/tickets) as per process requirements
Understand customer concerns, provide accurate resolutions, and ensure a positive customer experience
Document interactions clearly and update customer records in internal systems/CRMs
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), compliance guidelines, and quality standards
Meet defined KPIs such as quality, turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and productivity
Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams with complete details




Collaborate with team members and participate in process/quality improvement initiatives
Able to work in shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduation in any discipline (required)
Robust verbal and written communication skills in English
Comfortable working in an international voice process environment
Good listening skills, problem-solving ability, and customer-first mindset
Basic computer proficiency (typing, email, web tools, and documentation)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail

Preferred Skills
Prior experience in international BPO/Customer Support/Back-office operations
Experience with chat/email support and ticketing tools
Ability to handle multiple tasks and manage time effectively
