Role & responsibilities
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic screening.
Coordinate interviews and candidate follow-ups.
Maintain and update the Recruitment Tracker/MIS.
Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
Assist in offer, documentation and onboarding activities.
Preferred candidate profile
BBA / B.Com / MBA-HR / PGDM-HR pursuing or completed.
Freshers are welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Performance-based chance for full time employment may be considered after successful completion of the internship.
