Role Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Intern to join our Human Resources team and support various people initiatives across recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.

Role & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for open positions across business functions.
Onboarding & Documentation: Support pre-onboarding, induction sessions, and maintenance of employee records.
HR Operations: Help manage attendance, HRIS updates, and employee database accuracy.
Employee Engagement: Contribute to planning and executing engagement activities, cultural events, and communication initiatives.
Learning & Development Support: Assist in organizing training sessions, tracking participation, and maintaining feedback reports.
Compliance & Reporting: Support HR compliance documentation and assist in preparing periodic reports as required.

Required Skills




Robust communication and interpersonal skills with a pleasant, approachable personality and a positive attitude.
Basic understanding of recruitment, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Good knowledge of HR operations, onboarding, documentation, and employee data management.
Close attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva, with the ability to create HR dashboards, trackers, presentations, and posters.
Solid organizational skills with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and support multiple HR activities.

Qualifications
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or any specialization.
Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline.
Freshers and recent graduates can apply.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Willingness to learn and build a career in HR.
