We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Administration Manager for one of our reputed Japanese clients to support their operations in India. The candidate will lead the overall HR Administration functions, establish HR systems and corporate processes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and support the companys growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead overall HR Administration functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation perks, and general administration.
Develop and maintain HR policies, company regulations, and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Oversee office administration, facilities, contracts, and vendors.
Coordinate with internal departments and support overall business operations.
Prepare reports for management and lead the HR Administration team.

Requirements




10+ years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
Experience managing HR and Administration functions.
Business-level English communication skills.
Japanese language skills (JLPT N2 or equivalent) are preferred.
Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Experience in a Japanese company, manufacturing industry, or company setup will be an added advantage.
