I. Job Summary

We are seeking a energetic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to support hiring for our Wealth Management business. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder management, candidate engagement, and ensuring timely closures for various Wealth Management roles including Relationship Managers, Wealth Managers, Investment Specialists, and Leadership positions.

Key Responsibilities.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and recruitment vendors.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic assessments.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and business leaders.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hire.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and hiring plans.
Provide regular updates on recruitment status,



market intelligence, and hiring challenges.
Ensure a positive experience for candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Conduct offer discussions, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
Manage candidate engagement until onboarding.
Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS and HR systems.
Prepare recruitment dashboards and monthly hiring reports.
Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and compliance requirements.
