HR & Admin Executive – ELL Fashionably Young

:We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations across our retail stores and office.

Key Responsibilities
Manage recruitment, screening, interviews and joining formalities.
Handle retail staff hiring and manpower requirements.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and payroll inputs.
Coordinate PF, ESI, statutory compliance and HR documentation.
Handle employee queries, discipline and grievance-related matters.
Manage onboarding, confirmation, appraisal and exit formalities.
Coordinate uniforms, ID cards, staff requirements and employee documentation.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HR MIS and manpower reports.
Coordinate with store managers and management on HR matters.
Manage general administration, vendors and office requirements.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements:
Graduate / MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
2–5 years of HR/Admin experience; retail experience preferred.




Good knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll and PF/ESI.
Strong communication skills in English and Tamil.
Valuable Excel and MS Office skills.
Robust follow-up, organisation and people-management skills.

Salary: ₹25,000–₹50,000 per month, depending on experience. The responsibilities above align with common HR Administrator duties such as employee records, recruitment, attendance/payroll coordination, onboarding, employee queries and HR reporting.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
