Job Responsibilities
Assist the HR team in managing employee relations and employee engagement activities.
Support initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and employee satisfaction.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining records related to attrition and absenteeism.
Support the HR team in performance management activities.
Assist with day-to-day HR Operations and employee-related queries.
Coordinate with employees and internal stakeholders for HR-related activities.
Maintain and update HR records,



reports, and employee databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
Support the HR team in addressing employee concerns and escalating issues when required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities and reports.
