Job Summary

We are looking for an Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting activities and support the finance team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and MS Excel, with good attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain and update books of accounts, ledgers, and vouchers.
Prepare and verify invoices, bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Assist in GST and TDS-related activities and documentation.
Maintain proper records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
Assist in preparing MIS and basic financial reports.
Support month-end closing and reconciliation activities.
Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal teams for accounting-related queries.




Assist in audit and statutory compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
B.Com / M.Com / BBA in Finance or a related field.
1 year of accounting experience; freshers/entry-level candidates with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
Working knowledge of Tally/ERP accounting software.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Basic understanding of GST and TDS.
Positive numerical and analytical skills.
Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.

Preferred
Experience with Tally Prime or any ERP.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Exposure to GST return preparation and TDS compliance.
Candidates who can work independently and are willing to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
