Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Hotel Manager to manage daily hotel/facility operations, client handling, staff coordination and service quality.

Candidates with experience as Hotel Manager, Facility Manager, Service Manager, Center Manager or Operations Manager are preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily hotel/facility operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Handle clients/guests, queries, complaints and service requirements.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and service quality.
Supervise housekeeping, maintenance, security and support staff.
Manage staff duties, attendance, schedules and performance.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers.
Monitor inventory, maintenance and operational expenses.
Maintain daily reports,



records and documentation.
Conduct regular property inspections and resolve operational issues.
Ensure company policies, safety and service standards are followed.
