Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Provide technical support to hospital staff and departments.
Troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
Maintain and monitor hospital network and internet connectivity.
Support hospital management software and other IT applications.
Maintain user accounts, passwords, and access permissions.
Ensure regular backup of key hospital data.
Assist in maintaining the security and confidentiality of hospital information.
Install and update antivirus and other security software.
Maintain IT inventory and records of equipment.
Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when required.
Monitor CCTV, biometric, attendance, and other IT-related systems.
Provide technical support during system failures and emergencies.
Perform regular maintenance and updates of IT systems.
Follow hospital policies, data protection procedures, and IT security standards.
Prepare reports related to IT issues, maintenance, and equipment.
