About the Role

SPARK+ Technologies is looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources and want hands-on experience in recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, and workplace management.

The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to support day-to-day people operations and contribute to creating a positive and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
Coordinate with candidates and employees regarding interviews, joining formalities, and HR-related communication.
Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, certificates, and other HR documents.
Support attendance tracking, leave management, and employee engagement activities.
Assist the HR team with maintaining confidential employee information.
Help organize meetings,



training sessions, and internal communication.
Support day-to-day HR administrative and operational activities.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and maintain proper documentation.

Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office or Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
Ability to work independently in a remote workplace.

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
Familiarity with Google Sheets, Excel, and HR tools.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Previous internship or academic experience in HR is an advantage but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹4,000.00 per month
