Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycleincluding intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Building: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques (LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, boolean searches, and niche tech communities) to build robust pipelines of passive and active candidates.
Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with engineering leads and product managers to understand technical requirements, define role scorecards, and align on hiring strategies.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless, transparent, and engaging candidate journey, positioning our company as an employer of choice in the tech ecosystem.
Data-Driven Recruiting: Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, conversion rates) using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to identify bottlenecks and optimize the hiring process.
Employer Branding: Represent the company at tech meetups, conferences, and virtual career events to build our talent brand within the developer community.
