Ensuring the hiring in defined TAT as per manpower plan/JD
Sourcing and attracting candidates through databases, portals, and social media.
Execute creative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates for frontline sales
Coordinating the interview schedule/drives, maintaining a candidate database
Manage documentation & onboarding process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Valuable communication skill
Proven work experience as a Recruiter
Knowledge of sourcing through Naukri and other free job portals
Knowledge of Head Hunting through various Social Media
Knowledge of hiring for BFSI, Insurance ( Health & Life ), Broking will be added advantage.
Valuable knowledge of Excel
