Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing: Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate with candidates, and update applicant tracking systems.
Onboarding: Assist in preparing onboarding materials, conducting orientation sessions, and setting up recent hire files.
HR Operations & Data: Maintain employee records (hard copies and digital) and ensure data privacy and accuracy.
Employee Engagement: Support the organization of team-building events,



employee recognition programs, and internal communications.
Policy & Compliance: Assist in updating HR policies, handbook documents, and monitoring compliance standard operating procedures.
Ad-Hoc Support: Provide general administrative support to the HR team for special projects as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Basic understanding of HR processes and labor practices is a plus.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and ability to handle confidential information.
Solid organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
