We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to join our team and support recruitment and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Handle recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Create and post job vacancies on Internshala, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Assist with employee onboarding and joining formalities.
Maintain employee records and recruitment databases.
Manage HR documentation and employee files.
Assist with attendance and leave management.
Handle basic employee queries and coordinate with management when required.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, warning letters, and other HR communications.




Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Assist in maintaining HR policies and processes.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
