Role & Responsibilities

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR function for both our existing business and new lines of business in Bangalore. You will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, culture-building, and engagement initiatives. You will also work directly with the founders to help establish HR processes and contribute to building a solid and efficient team.

Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
Assist in sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates for multiple roles.
Coordinate interview schedules and maintain candidate pipelines.
Onboarding & Employee Experience
Support the end-to-end onboarding process.
Ensure new hires have a smooth transition and positive experience.
HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain HR documents, employee records, and databases.
Help ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
Employee Engagement & Culture Building
Assist in organizing engagement activities and culture-building initiatives.
Contribute creative ideas to enhance team motivation and workplace culture.

Preferred Candidate Profile





Qualifications
Strong interest in Recruitment, Talent Management, and HR Analytics.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a quick-paced startup setting.
Knowledge or academic background in Human Resource Management or Employee Relations is preferred.

Preferred Skills
Strong time-management and organizational abilities.
Coursework or prior exposure to HR analytics.

Experience
01 year of relevant HR or recruitment experience (internships included).
