Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in human resources, HR Management, or a related field
Robust organizational and administrative skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
