Role Description This Human Resources Intern role is an in office internship based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The intern will support daily HR operations, including assisting with recruitment activities such as sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
The role involves coordinating with colleges and internal teams for campus hiring events, updating HR records, and preparing basic reports and documentation.
The intern will help organize training sessions and onboarding activities, respond to routine employee and candidate inquiries, and ensure data is handled accurately and confidentially. The position offers hands-on exposure to HR processes within a fast-paced, placement-focused organization.
Qualifications
Foundational understanding of HR concepts such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with colleges, candidates, and internal stakeholders.
Positive organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfort with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry and reporting skills.
Ability to learn quickly, pay attention to detail, and maintain confidentiality of HR information.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Interest in campus hiring, talent development, and training-focused HR environments.
Previous internship or project experience in HR or administration is an advantage but not mandatory.
