About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Intern – Recruitment to support our HR team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process. The intern will gain hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and maintaining candidate records.

Key Responsibilities

Source and shortlist candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.

Screen candidate profiles and conduct initial HR screening calls.

Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update candidate data, trackers, and recruitment records.

Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, assessments, and documentation.

Assist with job postings and other recruitment-related activities.

Support the HR team in day-to-day recruitment operations.

Skills Required

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
