Role Description The Human Resources Intern role at Apnaaapan is a full time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The intern will support day-to-day HR activities, including assisting with recruitment processes, onboarding documentation, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities include helping implement HR policies, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and coordinating basic administrative tasks related to personnel management.



The intern will collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure smooth communication, provide support for employee perks queries, and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications
Foundational understanding of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices.
Ability to support the development and implementation of HR Policies.
Basic knowledge of Employee Benefits and related administrative processes.
Skills in Personnel Management, including maintaining records and handling routine HR queries.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
Organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with using HR or administrative software tools.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
