We are looking for an Implementation Executive to join our Technology Department, with 2+ years of relevant experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Understand and manage client technical requirements.
Coordinate with clients, developers, designers and QA teams.
Handle website, application, API and third-party integrations.
Convert requirements into transparent tasks for the development team.
Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate testing, bug fixing and final implementation.
Conduct client demos and explain completed features.
Maintain project documentation and implementation reports.
Provide post-implementation support; resolve or escalate issues.

REQUIRED SKILLS :
Basic understanding of web development, APIs and integrations.
Positive communication and client-handling skills.
Solid coordination and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Shopify / WordPress / CRM integration knowledge an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
