Bangalore: High-rise building development comprising two towers with basements and approximately 31–33 floors.

Amaravati: Multi-storey 4-star hotel project with three basements.

Job Summary

Team Bryks is hiring Junior and Senior Building Engineers for site execution of high-rise residential/commercial and hospitality construction projects.

Candidates will be responsible for construction execution, coordination, quality, resource management and achievement of project schedules.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day civil construction activities.
Execute work according to approved drawings and specifications.
Plan and coordinate daily site activities.
Supervise RCC, structural and finishing works.
Coordinate with consultants, architects and subcontractors.
Manage manpower, materials and site resources.
Monitor workmanship, quality and safety.
Track progress against project schedules.
Maintain site progress and execution records.




Identify and resolve site-execution issues.
Coordinate inspections and work fronts with relevant teams.

Junior Building Engineer Experience: 3–5 years
Building-construction experience.
Good understanding of RCC and finishing works.
Ability to independently supervise assigned work fronts.

Senior Building Engineer Experience: 8–12 years
Strong high-rise/commercial/hotel project experience.
Advanced RCC and finishing experience.
Ability to independently manage major work fronts.
Solid manpower and subcontractor-management capability.
Ability to lead site teams and coordinate with consultants.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Preferred Skills

High-rise construction, basement construction, Mivan/formwork, AutoCAD, Excel, progress reporting and construction planning.

Compensation

₹30,000–₹1,20,000 per month depending on level, experience and suitability.
