Honest Digital is looking for a Human Resources Intern who can support our hiring, talent acquisition, and people operations processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to understand how recruitment works inside a growing IT company — from posting roles and screening applicants to coordinating interviews, managing candidate data, and supporting onboarding. This is not just a calling or coordination role. You will get hands-on exposure to how teams are built, how hiring pipelines are managed, and how HR processes are improved using internal systems and structured workflows.

Responsibilities
Post job openings across relevant hiring platforms
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
Coordinate with applicants through calls, emails, and messages
Schedule interviews with internal team members
Maintain candidate information in the HR/Talent system
Update applicant stages and hiring pipeline status
Follow up with selected, rejected, and pending candidates
Support onboarding coordination for selected candidates
Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation
Help improve internal hiring and people operations processes

Skills Required

Interview Process

Application Review We review your profile, resume, communication skills, and interest in HR.

HR / Team Discussion A discussion around your communication skills, coordination ability, and understanding of recruitment.

Final Selection

Selected candidates will receive internship details, joining steps, and onboarding instructions.
