We are looking for a Hospitality Operations Executive to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties in Munnar and ensure smooth property functioning and excellent guest experiences. The role requires regular coordination with property owners, caretakers, vendors, and local partners.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and ensure properties maintain required quality standards.
Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and quality checks.
Handle guest complaints, operational issues, and ensure timely resolution.
Coordinate with property owners, caretakers, housekeeping teams, and local vendors.
Ensure properties are well-maintained and ready for guest check-ins.
Monitor guest feedback and identify areas for service improvement.
Build and maintain relationships with local travel agents and B2B partners.
Identify opportunities to improve property performance and revenue.




Support new property onboarding and operational setup.
Handle on-ground situations independently and coordinate quick solutions.

Requirements
0–4 years of experience in hospitality, hotels, resorts, travel, or property operations.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable problem-solving and coordination abilities.
Proactive, responsible, and comfortable working independently.
Positive knowledge of Munnar and local contacts/network will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel locally and work in a field-based role.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Munnar, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
