Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our human resources team in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, HR processes, and building workplace culture in a quick-growing D2C startup.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines





Manage job postings across various platforms and track applicant pipelines

Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives and activities

Track attendance, leave records, and support payroll inputs

Ensure smooth coordination between employees and internal teams

Requirements:
