: Vacation Ownership Sales Consultant (Telesales & Inside Sales)Role OverviewWe are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Sales and Telesales Consultant to join our growing vacation ownership team. In this dual role, you will be responsible for generating interest over the phone, qualifying leads, and closing sales for premium timeshare memberships and holiday packages. You will turn cold and warm leads into lifetime vacationers by presenting the incredible value of our resort network.Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Lead Generation: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using internal databases and marketing leads to pitch vacation packages.Sales Presentations: Deliver persuasive virtual or over-the-phone presentations detailing resort amenities, member perks, and financial advantages.Relationship Building: Build quick rapport with prospects,



understand their travel preferences, and match them with the perfect membership tier.Objection Handling & Closing: Actively listen to customer concerns, effectively counter objections regarding cost or commitment, and close the sale on the call.Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized sales pipeline, schedule follow-up calls, and accurately log all interactions in the CRM system.Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas and call-volume KPIs.
