HR Manager

WHAT YOULL DO
Own the HR function end to end. You are the entire HR team.
Run recruiting: JDs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, closing, onboarding
Point of contact for the entire team: Questions, complaints, conflicts
Write and enforce HR policies: leave, attendance, performance, conduct (and apply them consistently)
Set the work culture: what gets recognised, and what doesnt get tolerated.
Handle discipline directly. Check in on people who are slipping
Run performance reviews
Handle payroll inputs, attendance, records, statutory compliance, and exits.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
5- 6 years in HR, preferably at a tech startup
You’ve seen a company scale
Familiar with all HR functions
Comfortable with difficult conversations, and valuable people skills




Solid communication and writing skills: English and Hindi.
Organised and self-sufficient
Based in Mumbai, in-office.

IDEAL CANDIDATE
Hired for both technical and sales roles.
Set up HR processes from scratch (handbook, appraisal cycle, leave policy.)
Hands-on with an HRMS or ATS.
