benefits, and employee relations.

 Foster a positive work culture, employee engagement, and diversity initiatives.

 Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.

 Develop and manage employee development programs, training, and succession planning.

 Handle employee relations, conflicts, and grievances.

 Manage benefits, compensation, and payroll administration.

 Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.

 Analyses HR metrics and provide insights for business decisions.

 Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business growth and strategy.

Requirements

 Postgraduate degree in HR, Business, or related field.

 10+ years of HR experience, with 5+ years in a leadership role.

 Solid knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.





 Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.

 Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Nice to Have

 HR certifications like SHRM, HRCI, or GPHR.

 Experience with HR software and systems.

 Familiarity with Indian business culture and market trends.
