Role Description This is a full time, in office Human Resources Manager role based in Agra.

The Human Resources

Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and exit processes. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, maintaining compliance with local labor regulations,



and supporting leadership with workforce planning and organizational development.

Manager will handle payroll coordination and HR documentation, mediate employee relations issues, support training and development initiatives, and contribute to building a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with the agency’s creative and performance-driven workplace.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
Skills in HR policy development, compliance with labor laws, and handling HR documentation and audits.
Experience in designing and implementing employee engagement, training, and career development programs.
Ability to manage payroll coordination, HR data, and HRIS or related HR software tools.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, conflict-resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Experience working in marketing, creative, or digital agencies is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
