We are looking for an experienced Inventory Manager to manage inventory operations within the healthcare/medical industry. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock levels, ensuring timely availability of medical supplies, and implementing effective inventory control systems.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor daily inventory and stock operations.
Maintain accurate records of medicines, medical supplies, equipment, and consumables.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, issuance, and movement of inventory.
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase/replenishment requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Identify slow-moving, excess, damaged, or expired inventory.
Ensure proper FEFO/FIFO practices wherever applicable.
Coordinate with Purchase, Accounts, Stores, Pharmacy, and other departments.
Maintain proper documentation, stock registers, and inventory reports.
Track expiry dates and minimize inventory wastage.
Investigate stock discrepancies and take corrective action.
Ensure compliance with healthcare inventory and storage procedures.




Manage and guide store/inventory staff.
Prepare MIS and periodic inventory reports for management.

Requirements
Graduate in any discipline; relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Pharmacy, or Healthcare Management is preferred.
4–8 years of relevant inventory/store management experience.
Healthcare, hospital, pharmaceutical, medical equipment, or medical supplies experience preferred.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
Solid knowledge of FIFO/FEFO, batch tracking, expiry management, and stock audits.
Valuable communication, coordination, and team-management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory/ERP software.
