About the role

Hanu Reddy Odyssey is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Manager – Recruitment to manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition across the organisation.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with prior experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sales Recruitment or Real Estate Recruitment will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across the organisation.
Recruit Realtors, sales professionals and corporate staff.
Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.
Coordinate interviews, candidate follow-ups, offers and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Handle recruitment requirements across multiple locations.
Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with respective teams for timely hiring.




Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Requirements
5–10 years of relevant experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Solid experience in end-to-end recruitment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening abilities.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously.
English and Tamil communication skills are mandatory.
Experience in recruiting sales professionals or Realtors will be an advantage.
- Experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
