Role Description The Investment Manager will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and managing investment opportunities, primarily in early-stage and growth-stage companies. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting financial and market analysis, performing due diligence, preparing investment memos, and presenting recommendations to the investment committee. The role also involves ongoing portfolio monitoring, supporting portfolio companies with strategic guidance, and maintaining relationships with founders, co-investors, and mentors.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai,



requiring close collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive high-quality investment decisions and portfolio performance.

Qualifications
Strong expertise in Investment Management and Investments, with experience managing or evaluating a portfolio of companies.

Advanced Analytical Skills and ability to develop and assess Investment Strategies using quantitative and qualitative methods.
Solid foundation in Finance, including financial modeling, valuation techniques, and understanding of capital markets.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.
Proven ability to build relationships with founders, investors, and mentors, and to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CFA) are a plus.
Prior experience in venture capital, private equity, investment banking, or consulting is highly beneficial.
High level of integrity, sound judgment, and a robust interest in startups, innovation, and global investment ecosystems.
