People with less family responsibilities and adaptable for times when work comes.
Prepare regular reports of company projects
Answer queries by employees and customers
Maintain and update company CRM databases
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Update office policies as needed
Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
Book meeting rooms as required
