Job Summary

We are looking for a TA Operations / Talent Acquisition professional to support recruitment and integration processes. The role involves working closely with Talent Acquisition and People Team stakeholders, managing recruitment-related processes, supporting onboarding and assessments, and driving quality outcomes in a agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate and communicate with Talent Acquisition and People Team stakeholders throughout the recruitment and integration lifecycle.
Identify and respond to stakeholder/customer needs using recruitment systems and technology.
Manage changing workloads and multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Partner with People Team stakeholders to ensure consistency in policies and processes.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
Support projects and ad-hoc activities related to staffing, onboarding, assessments, compliance, case management, and mergers & acquisitions.
Provide guidance and support to stakeholders from an end-to-end TA Services perspective.




Prepare and deliver presentations to various stakeholders.
Handle confidential information with discretion.

Required Qualifications
2 years of professional experience.
Intermediate proficiency in MS Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work with People Team stakeholders and employees across different levels.
Robust prioritization, organization and time-management skills.
Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with recruiting technologies / ATS, such as Taleo, PeopleSoft, HireVue or TalentSource CRM.
Experience in a corporate Talent Acquisition / Recruitment environment.
Advanced MS Office skills.
Experience supporting mergers & acquisitions.
Experience presenting to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Comfortable working in a rapid-paced and agile environment.
