Key Responsibilities
Maintenance and calibration of field instruments such as Pressure, Flow, Level, and Temperature transmitters.
Troubleshooting of PLC, DCS, SCADA, and Industrial Automation Systems.
Maintenance of Control Valves, Actuators, and Analyzers.
Execution of preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities.
Loop checking, commissioning, and instrument health monitoring.
Reading and interpretation of P&IDs;, loop drawings, and wiring diagrams.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of instrumentation failures.
Compliance with plant safety standards and maintenance procedures.

Desired Skills
Knowledge of PLC/DCS systems (Siemens, Yokogawa, Allen Bradley preferred).
Experience in instrument calibration and troubleshooting.
Familiarity with process instrumentation.
Knowledge of networking protocol.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work during shutdown and emergency maintenance activities
