We are seeking a highly organized, discreet, and experienced Female House Manager to oversee the daily operations and long-term maintenance of a private residence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and effective running of the household, managing staff, coordinating services, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and hospitality. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, proactive problem-solving, and a robust sense of responsibility and discretion.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of household operations, ensuring efficiency and excellence in service delivery.
Supervise, train, and schedule household staff, including housekeepers, chefs, gardeners, and nannies, fostering a positive and productive work workplace.
Develop and manage household budgets, track expenses, and handle petty cash, ensuring financial accountability.
Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair projects for the property, liaising with contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality work.
Manage household inventories, including groceries, cleaning supplies, and personal items, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Plan and organize private events, dinners, and gatherings, including guest management,



catering, and decor.
Ensure the security and privacy of the residence and its occupants at all times, implementing and monitoring security protocols.
Handle correspondence, manage calendars, and schedule appointments for family members as required.
Maintain household records, including warranties, service contracts, and staff information.
Implement and maintain organizational systems for various household areas, including wardrobes, pantries, and storage.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in household efficiency and comfort, proposing and implementing solutions.
Act as a primary point of contact for all household-related matters, communicating effectively with family members and external parties.
Ensure all household equipment and appliances are in good working order and regularly serviced.
Manage special projects as assigned, such as renovations, relocations, or seasonal preparations.
