Job Summary

Aerial Telecom Solutions is looking for an HR Operations Executive with 12 years of experience to support day-to-day HR operations, employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, HR records, and employee coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day HR operations and employee documentation.

Coordinate the complete employee onboarding and joining process.

¢ Maintain and update employee personal and employment records.

¢ Handle attendance, leave records, and employee data.

¢ Prepare and maintain HR reports, trackers, and MIS.

¢ Coordinate with employees regarding HR policies, documents, and queries.

¢ Support preparation of offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.

¢ Coordinate employee confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.

¢ Maintain proper documentation for employee files and HR records.

¢ Coordinate with payroll and accounts teams for employee-related information.

¢ Assist in ensuring compliance with company HR policies and procedures.





¢ Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.

Required Skills

¢ 12 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Executive, or HR Generalist roles.

¢ Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation.

¢ Working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

¢ Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

¢ Strong coordination and follow-up skills.

¢ Ability to maintain confidentiality of employee information.

¢ Valuable organizational and time-management skills.

Education

Graduation in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on experience in employee onboarding, HR documentation, attendance, HR MIS, employee coordination, and HR operations will be preferred.
