Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Residential Interior Designer located in Bengaluru North, with compensation up to 6 LPA.

The Residential Interior

Designer will develop interior concepts and layouts for residential projects, including space planning, material selection, and design detailing.

Responsibilities include preparing mood boards, presentations, and construction drawings, coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors, and overseeing on-site execution to ensure design quality and consistency. The role also involves client meetings to understand requirements, present design solutions,



manage timelines, and adhere to project budgets. The designer is expected to stay updated with design trends and best practices to deliver contemporary, practical, and client-centric interiors.

Qualifications
Ability to plan and organize residential spaces effectively, with robust skills in Space Planning and Interior Design.
Knowledge of Architecture principles and experience in preparing and interpreting Construction Drawings.
Proficiency in FF&E; (Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment) selection, including materials, finishes, and furnishings suitable for residential projects.
Working knowledge of design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar software) and MS Office.
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
Solid aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and ability to balance functionality with design appeal.
Effective communication, client-facing, and coordination skills for collaborating with stakeholders and site teams.
Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work on-site in a fast-paced environment.
