Transaction Execution: Process buy, sell, systematic investment plan (SIP), and switch requests for mutual funds, alongside recent life or general insurance applications. [1]
Order Processing & Reconciliation: Coordinate with stock exchanges, RTAs (Registrar and Transfer Agents), and insurance carriers to reconcile daily transaction logs and cash flows.
Client Onboarding & KYC: Collect, verify, and process investor Know-Your-Customer (KYC) documents, bank details, and nominee updates. rejections, and customer service inquiries regarding policy or folio status.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations adhere to guidelines set by financial authorities like SEBI and IRDAI.
Requirements & Qualifications
Skills: Proficiency in financial software/platforms, robust data entry accuracy, and basic Excel skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
