Job Title: Java Full Stack – React Developer

Location: Chennai / Pune

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality GenAI, Java, and React full-stack applications .
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture and technology decisions .
Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, microservices, and backend services .
Ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security .
Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-documented code following best practices.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical knowledge sharing .
Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and other stakeholders .
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across development and production environments .
Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications:




Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field , or equivalent experience.
6 years of professional software development experience.
Strong experience in GenAI and Java/React Full Stack Development .
Solid proficiency in Java 17+ .
Hands-on experience with Spring Framework / Spring Boot .
Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Design, Design Patterns, and SOLID principles .
Experience developing RESTful APIs, backend services, and React applications .
Good understanding of Git and up-to-date CI/CD pipelines .
Experience working in Agile development settings .
Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills .

Good to Have
Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks .
Experience with GenAI application development and integration .
Knowledge of modern AI/LLM-based application architectures.
