Required Technical Skills-

BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, LDP, mLDP, L3VPN, L2VPN (EoMPLS/VPLS/VPWS), RSVP, MPLS-TE, QoS, PIM, Multicast VPN, Segment Routing, SR-TE, Flex-Algo, Ansible, Python, NSO, Git/Gitlab, Traffic Generator/Ixia, CML, Packet Capturing tools/solutions, Public Cloud etc.

Must-Have-

•Excellent communication and presentation skills.

•Experience in producing HLDs, LLDs, and providing training sessions to downstream teams.

•Ability to collaborate and contribute as part of a team; embrace change and adopt an agile way of working.

•Proficiency in BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, MPLS, LDP, mLDP, L3VPN, L2VPN (EoMPLS/VPLS/VPWS), RSVP, MPLS-TE, QoS, PIM and Multicast VPN.

•Expertise in Segment Routing, SR-TE, and Flex-Algo.

•Hands-on experience with Packet Capturing tools/solutions, NetFlow, Telemetry etc.

•Knowledge of Networking Hardware, including Cisco ASR9K, Company, Nexus9K, Juniper Ex9208, etc.

•Familiarity with undersea cable systems,



including reviewing undersea and terrestrial cable paths using KMZ files and making decisions on Core circuit selection.

•Entry level knowledge in Ansible, Python, NSO, Git/Gitlab, etc.

Valuable-to-Have-

•Intermediate to expert level knowledge in automation tools such as Ansible, Python, NSO, Git/Gitlab.

•Knowledge of Public Cloud infrastructure.

•Experience in Network Development and Testing using Traffic Generators/Ixia, CML etc.

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role-

Design and Develop network solutions to be deployed on a world-class service provider network, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Create Bill of Materials to support the project requirements.

Carry out route map analysis of fiber routes from various providers and come up with the best physical design for the core network eliminating all SPOF.

Produce High level designs; present to stake holders and take training sessions to downstream teams.

Produce high level migration plans and bespoke solutions when required.
