Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented skilled to handle Income Tax, TDS, and Corporate Compliance assignments for clients.

Key Responsibilities
Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns for companies, firms, LLPs, and individuals.
Handling TDS returns, calculations, reconciliations, and compliance.
Assisting with tax assessments, notices, tax audits, and tax computations.
Handling ROC/MCA and statutory compliances for companies and LLPs.
Maintaining statutory registers, minutes, resolutions, and corporate records.
Assisting with incorporation and other corporate changes/compliances.
Coordinating with clients and internal teams for documentation and information.




Monitoring compliance calendars and ensuring timely filings.
Keeping updated with changes in Income Tax laws, Companies Act, LLP Act, and MCA/ROC regulations.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Income Tax, TDS, and Corporate Compliance.
Working knowledge of MCA/ROC filings and Companies/LLP Act compliances.
Robust analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CS / CMA or equivalent. Experience in a CA, audit, tax, or compliance firm will be preferred. Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
