Job Responsibilities:
Handle hotel and room reservations from booking to confirmation.
Manage hotel bookings through various OTA platforms.
Coordinate with hotels and vendors for availability, rates, and confirmations.
Handle booking modifications, cancellations, and customer requests.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of reservation details.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth booking operations.

Requirements:
Previous experience in hotel/room reservations is preferred.
Experience in handling OTA platforms is mandatory.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Solid attention to detail and ability to manage multiple bookings.
Experience in the travel or hospitality industry will be an added advantage.
