We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in recruitment and be confident in sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.
Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records.
Coordinate with department heads regarding hiring requirements.
Support the overall recruitment and onboarding process.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of job portals and recruitment processes.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring requirements.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
